What a night we had last night! My mother, (aka "mom") turned 69 yesterday. She told us all that "69 was fine" and boy did she prove it. After dinner with the family we took her out to see a local band we are very fond of "Down South"
( www.downsouthband.com ) and it was good rockin'! It was a bit loud, but Mom said she wanted to see "how the other half lives." I'm just hoping she gets her hearing back today ;-). Happy Birthday Dear Lady!

OVERVIEW: This is Stephen King's IT hardcover from the UK. This is a beautiful copy and very rare. I remember seeing this cover art for the first time over 25 years ago! I was blown away by the clown face coming out of the house with needle teeth where the house door should be, and the whole cover surrounded in orange-red. Still an amazing version to own. Slight age yellowing on the top pages simply from sitting on a book shelf. Pages are straight. This copy has been placed in an acid-free book cover and sealed in plastic to keep it free from the elements. As with all UK hard cover editions, these were published in low print runs and are difficult to find.
Free slipcase is included with this copy. The slipcase is black alligator embossed binding. This slipcase, normally $30, is free because there is a black marker on the black case. Not really noticeable but we cannot charge for this case and it fits this book just right.
