Limited Edition Sealed Set
The American author, Edgar Allan Poes final poem was Annabel Lee written in 1849 and published shortly after his death that same year. It is unclear whether the Annabel Lee character in Poes poem referred to a real person. Some say it was written for his wife, some for a lover, and others say that it was the product of Poes gloomy imagination. From Annabel Lee: The angels, not half so happy in Heaven, Went envying her and me:-- Yes! that was the reason (as all men know, In this kingdom by the sea) That the wind came out of a cloud, chilling And killing my Annabel Lee. Outfitted in period clothes, Poe and Lee are packaged complete with a raven and a book of poetry. New & sealed in shrink wrap. This item is sold out. Please check back.
