His poetry has appeared in such periodicals as The New Stesman, Peoetry, Atlantis, and The Massachusetts Review. His poem cycles "Ishmael" and "My Life In Pictures" have appeared previously as separate booklets.

The book title, "Leeson Park and Belsize Square" does not denote an intersection, but rather they are two addresses, in Dublin and London, where Mr. Straub lived and wrote fiction and poetry.

He is currently collaborating with Stephen King on a large fantasy novel, The Talisman.

This last line gives you an idea when this was being produced as it was before The Talisman was published.
